This is another old recipe that has been revived....simple , delicious and my favorite thing....easy!!!

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
How To Make half hour pudding

Step 1Mix a ll dry ingredients, rubbing butter into flour, add milk. Mix well. Drop in spoonfuls into a greased cake pan. Mix together: 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 1/2 cup boiling water 1 tsp vanilla Pour the sauce gently over the batter . Bake at 375 degrees till brown/ the pudding rises to the top and leaves a taffy sauce base. Delicious warm with ice cream or whipping cream.
