I had to play with this recipe to give exact measurements. My mother and Grandmother did not use measuring cups and spoons, they knew how much of everything to use. I hope you and your family enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 box nila wafers
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 - eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
How To Make granny's banana pudding

Step 1Heat milk, sugar, eggs, salt, and flavorings in a medium saucepan on med high, stirring frequently. Do not scorch. Pudding will thicken as it cooks, and as it cools.

Step 2In a large bowl, add wafers,bananas, and pudding in that exact order until you reach desired depth.

Step 3Let cool in refrigerator at least 30 min. Serve chilled.
