1/2-3/4 csugar (i use half brown and half white sugar)

2 Tbspbutter, unsalted

2 largeeggs

1 call purpose flour
How to Make Grandma Woods' Apple Pudding
- Core, peel and slice apples. Place apples in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter.
- Cream butter, add sugar and cream until light and fluffy; add eggs and beat well.
- Add flour and mix well. Spoon batter over apple slices.
- Bake at 350-degrees for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
