  • - 1 large box vanilla waffers. 3 large [not any green on them] bananas
  • - 2 boxes of banana pudding instant. and the ice cold milk to make it with.
  • - 3 egg whites [from large eggs] and a lil sugar to sweetin it with
  • - lemon juice to keep bananas from turning dark[u can use lemon juice for apples to keep them from turning dark and pears to]
  • - tub of cool whip 8 oz
  • - long oblong see threw baking dish.
  • - small chef's torch

How To Make grace's southern style banana pudding.

  • Step 1
    LINE SEE THREW OBLONG BAKING DISH WITH WAFFERS AND THE SIDES AS WELL. THEN LAYER PUDDING THEN BANANAS THEN LAYER WITH WAFFERS AGAIN. REPEAT PROCESS TIL U HAVE PUDDING ON TOP.

    CRUSH ENOUGH VANILLA WAFFERS TO SPREAD OVER TOP PLACE IN FRIDGE FOR RITE NOW. IN MIXING BOWL WHIP EGG WHITES TIL THEY PEAK. ADD A LIL SUGAR FOR SWEETNESS. DON'T OVER BEAT UR EGG WHITES IT WILL BREAK AND BECOME WATERY AND U'LL HAVE TO START OVER. U CAN PURCHASE POWDERED EGG WHITES IF U LIKE AND THEY HAVE EGG WHITES IN QRT CONTAINERS U MAY USE THOSE IF U DESIRE.

    NOW TAKE PUDDING OUT AND GENTLY STROKE MIRAINGE OVER TOP AND MAKE SMALL PEAKS FOR LOOKS. NEVER STIR IT BEFORE PUTTING IT ON PUDDING IT WILL BREAK
  • Step 4
    NOW TAKE SMALL CHEF'S TORCH AND BROWN THE MIRAINGE AND SERVE COLD. THIS WAY IT SHOULDN'T WEEP
