This was my first try at making pudding shots and they came out sooooo yummy! I used sugar-free ingredients when possible to keep the hangover factor to a minimum

Ingredients

2 box
instant chocolate pudding mix (or a large box)
1/2 Tbsp
cinnamon
1 tsp
chili powder
1/2 c
cold milk
1/2 c
kahlua
1/2 c
tequila
2 pkg
frozen whipped topping, thawed

How to Make Frozen Mexican Hot Chocolate Pudding Shots

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix cin and chilli powder with pudding mix
  • 2Mix milk and booze til blended
  • 3Mix dry and wet ingredients til well blended
  • 4Gently fold in the first tub of whipped topping til blended, then the second.
  • 5tranfer the fluffy yummyness into a gallon zip-top baggie, or two for better handling
  • 6snip the corner, and pipe into 1 or 2 oz disposible cups with lids
  • 7With all lids in place, toss filled cups into another gallon baggie
  • 8freeze til set, keep chilled
