1Crush cookies. Line 9 inch pie pan or square pan with most of the crushed cookies, saving some for topping. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and cream. Add almond flavoring. Spread this mixture on crumbs. Whip cream with sugar. Add vanilla and pecans. Fold until well blended. Spread this on first mixture. Cover with crushed cookies. Let stand in fridge for 24 hours.
