- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 pint milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5 - eggs separated
How To Make egg pudding

Step 1Melt butter sift flour and sugar and add to butter;stir in milk.Cook for five minutes. Remove from fire and add beaten egg yorks. Add vanilla. Fold in carefully the beaten egg whites.Place pudding dish in a pan of water and bake for about forty minutes.Serve with any hard sauce. Hard sauce to follow
