    butter, melted
  • 1/2 c
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 pt
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 5
    eggs separated

How to Make Egg Pudding


  1. Melt butter sift flour and sugar and add to butter;stir in milk.Cook for five minutes. Remove from fire and add beaten egg yorks. Add vanilla. Fold in carefully the beaten egg whites.Place pudding dish in a pan of water and bake for about forty minutes.Serve with any hard sauce. Hard sauce to follow
