How to Make Egg Custard
1Preheat the oven to 325° F.
2Add the ingredients to blender and mix, about 10 seconds.
3Pour into ramekins, sprinkle with nutmeg, and put the ramekins in a baking dish.
4Add water to the baking dish until it’s halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
5Bake for 45 minutes or until just set. Makes 6 (4 ounce) servings.
