One of my dad's favorite desserts was Egg Custard ... I made this and now it is my daughters ...

Ingredients
- 4 - eggs
- 2 cups (1 pint) half and half
- 1/4 cup sugar
- a pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
How To Make egg custard

Step 1Preheat the oven to 325° F.

Step 2Add the ingredients to blender and mix, about 10 seconds.

Step 3Pour into ramekins, sprinkle with nutmeg, and put the ramekins in a baking dish.

Step 4Add water to the baking dish until it’s halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

Step 5Bake for 45 minutes or until just set. Makes 6 (4 ounce) servings.
