How to Make Egg Custard
- Preheat the oven to 325° F.
- Add the ingredients to blender and mix, about 10 seconds.
- Pour into ramekins, sprinkle with nutmeg, and put the ramekins in a baking dish.
- Add water to the baking dish until it’s halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until just set. Makes 6 (4 ounce) servings.
