How to Make Egg Custard
- 1Beat 6 eggs til creamy.
- 2Mix in 1 cup of sugar, more if prefer sweeter.
- 3Add 1 quart of milk, while beating is running.
(If you would like less watery, reduce milk by 1/2)
- 4Put in 8X8 square baking dish. Place in 350 preheated oven and bake for 450, until brown on top.
