My sister has been asking me to make egg custard, I found this recipe and it so easy, a child could make it.

  • 1 qt

How to Make Egg Custard


  1. Beat 6 eggs til creamy.
  2. Mix in 1 cup of sugar, more if prefer sweeter.
  3. Add 1 quart of milk, while beating is running.
    (If you would like less watery, reduce milk by 1/2)
  4. Put in 8X8 square baking dish. Place in 350 preheated oven and bake for 450, until brown on top.
