My sister has been asking me to make egg custard, I found this recipe and it so easy, a child could make it.

Ingredients For egg custard

  • 6
    eggs, beaten
  • 1 qt
    milk
  • 1 c
    sugar

How To Make egg custard

  • 1
    Beat 6 eggs til creamy.
  • 2
    Mix in 1 cup of sugar, more if prefer sweeter.
  • 3
    Add 1 quart of milk, while beating is running. (If you would like less watery, reduce milk by 1/2)
  • 4
    Put in 8X8 square baking dish. Place in 350 preheated oven and bake for 450, until brown on top.
