My dad just loved this dessert! Mom would make this for him all the time in the summer. It's quick and easy to put together. A real crowd pleaser! Hope you give it a try :)

Ingredients

1 large container of cool whip
1 - (3 1/2 oz.) box of instant pistachio pudding mix
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained well
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 small jar of maraschino cherries, drained well, and cut in half

How To Make easy pistachio pudding dessert

Step 1

Make sure the pineapple and the cherries are drained very well. The cherries should almost be dry.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together above ingredients.
Step 3

Refrigerate for several hours before serving. Enjoy! This is a light and refreshing treat!
