  • 4 c
    mixed berries (blackberries,blueberries, raspberries & strawberries) sliced & divided.
  • 3/4 c
  • 1/4 c
    minute tapioca pudding
  • 1 c
  • 1/2 c
    cool whip, thawed

How to Make Easy Berry Compote


  1. First in a medium saucepan crush 2 cups of the berries with a fork or masher. Then add in the remaining 2 cups berries, sugar & tapioca. Mix very well, stir in the water & let stand for 5 mins.
  2. Next bring to full boil over medium heat. Make sure to stir constantly. Pour into a serving bowl. Cool slightly & cover with a plastic wrap.
  3. Then refrigerate for about 3 hours or until thickened. Then spoon evenly into a dessert dish & top with COOL WHIP.
  4. Special Tip: You can spoon over vanilla ice cream or a slice of pie or cake.
