How to Make Easy Berry Compote
- First in a medium saucepan crush 2 cups of the berries with a fork or masher. Then add in the remaining 2 cups berries, sugar & tapioca. Mix very well, stir in the water & let stand for 5 mins.
- Next bring to full boil over medium heat. Make sure to stir constantly. Pour into a serving bowl. Cool slightly & cover with a plastic wrap.
- Then refrigerate for about 3 hours or until thickened. Then spoon evenly into a dessert dish & top with COOL WHIP.
- Special Tip: You can spoon over vanilla ice cream or a slice of pie or cake.
