easy banana pudding
(1 RATING)
I got this recipe from my daughter and it is one of the things I am always asked to bring when we have dinners at church. I have added some extras since I first started making it. The number of servings depent on the size spoon you use to dip it up and how much you like banana pudding.

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cool whip - thawed
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon banana extract
- 2 - over ripe bananas, pureed
- 1 1/2 boxes vanilla wafers
- 6 - bananas
How To Make easy banana pudding
-
Step 1In a 8 x 13" pan layer sliced bananas and Vanilla Wafers. I start with the wafers then the bananas and do 2 layers each.
-
Step 2Beat cream cheese until smooth, add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well blended. Add pureed bananas and banana extract, fold in thawed Cool Whip. Pour over banana and wafers. Shake pan to help mixture work its way to the bottom. Add a top layer of Wafers and refregerate for at least 2 hours before serving to make sure it is chilled all the way through.
-
Step 3You can use low fat condensed milk or cool whip and get the same results. Your number of servings depend on how much everyone enjoys Banana Pudding.
