easy banana pudding
I ususally make this for special dinners, Sunday dinner dessert or family get togethers my family loves this easy banana pudding I hardly ever have any leftovers

Ingredients
- 2 large boxes vanilla or banana cream flavor instant pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 4 or 5 large bananas sliced
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 16 ounces cool whip divided
- 1 box vanilla wafers
How To Make easy banana pudding

Step 1In large mixing bowl mix pudding mix, milk, and evaporated milk beat until thickened

Step 2then fold in sour cream and half of the Cool Whip until completely incorporated mixture should be thick and creamy

Step 3then in a 9x13 inch dish place a layer of wafers covering the bottom placing flat side up this will allow for better soakage

Step 4slice bananas place slices over wafers

Step 5spoon pudding mixture over bananas covering them well

Step 6then repeat layers as listed previously

Step 7then top with remaining Cool Whip

Step 8place wafers around edge of the top chill for at least 1 hour but better if allowed to chill overnight if possible

Step 9store any leftovers covered in refridgerator
