easy 15 min rice pudding
Everybody loves pudding. Who doesn't? My whole family does. If I didn't place it in a cup or small bowl my brothers would eat it right out of the mixing bowl.

Ingredients
- 3 cups milk, divided
- 1 cup instant white rice, uncooked
- 1/3 cup raisins (optional)
- 1 package jell-o vanilla flavor instant pudding
How To Make easy 15 min rice pudding

Step 1First bring 1 cup of the milk to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in the rice & raisins, cover the pan, remove from the heat & let stand for about 5 mins.

Step 2In the mean time,prepare the pudding as directed on the package with the remaining 2 cups milk.

Step 3Then add in the rice mixture to the prepared pudding. Then cover the surface of the pudding with plastic wrap. Cool for about 5 mins & stir. Best served warm of chilled.

Step 4Special Tip: You may serve this sprinkled with some ground cinnamon or with some coconut flakes.
