How to Make Decadent White Chocolate French Silk Mousse
- In a small saucepan over low heat melt 3 1/2 oz of the bakers white chocolate set aside to cool.
- With a electric mixer mix the butter till fluffy. slowly add the sugar beating until light and fluffy. Add the cooled white chocolate and vanilla continues to beat till fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time beating on high 1 to 2 minutes between each egg. continue to beat until smooth, fluffy and silky in texture.
- place in a serving dish and grate the remaining white chocolate over top
