Ingredients
- - part 1
- 2 cloves packed brown sugar.
- 3 cups boiling water
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- - boil slowly till well mixed.
- - part 2
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 cups self rising flour
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 cup chopped dates (1 box)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (1 bag)
- 1 cup milk
- - part 3
- 1 large tub cool whip
How To Make date pudding

Step 1Set oven on 350 degrees. Have 9X13 baking pan ready.

Step 2Mix all of part 1 ingredients together in sauce pan. Bring to slow boil. stir till well blended.

Step 3Mix all part 2 ingredients together in medium size bowl.

Step 4Pour boiling syrup into 9X13 pan.

Step 5Add Part 2 mixture to Syrup by dropping by spoonful's into the syrup.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees till browned on top . About an hour.

Step 7Serve hot or cold topped with Cool Whip Enjoy.
