When you smelled date pudding you knew it was thanksgiving and Mons.

part 1
2 clove
packed brown sugar.
3 c
boiling water
1 1/2 stick
boil slowly till well mixed.
part 2
1 c
packed brown sugar
3 c
self rising flour
2 Tbsp
melted butter
1 c
chopped dates (1 box)
1/2 c
walnuts (1 bag)
1 c
part 3
1 large
tub cool whip

How to Make Date Pudding


  • 1Set oven on 350 degrees. Have 9X13 baking pan ready.
  • 2Mix all of part 1 ingredients together in sauce pan. Bring to slow boil. stir till well blended.
  • 3Mix all part 2 ingredients together in medium size bowl.
  • 4Pour boiling syrup into 9X13 pan.
  • 5Add Part 2 mixture to Syrup by dropping by spoonful's into the syrup.
  • 6Bake at 350 degrees till browned on top . About an hour.
  • 7Serve hot or cold topped with Cool Whip Enjoy.
