My dad always loved the large pearl tapioca(we called them frog's eyes)pudding. I always burnt it when I made it on the stovetop. This is much easier and doesn't burn!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup large pearl tapioca-soak in hot water for 2 hours and drain.
- 2 1/4 cups milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make crockpot tapioca pudding

Step 1Put all ingredients in crockpot, except vanilla. Make sure that eggs and other ingredients are mixed through.Stir occasionally as it it cooking.

Step 2Cook puddling at medium heat approximately 3-4 hours or until pudding is at desired thickness

Step 3Add vanilla and eat warm or cool.
