- 2 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 2/3 cup brown or white sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup golden raisins
How To Make crock pot rice pudding

Step 1Mix together all ingredients.

Step 2Pour into a lightly greased slow cooker.

Step 3Cook 2 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low.

Step 4Stir after the first hour.

Step 5Can be served warm or cold.
