this has to be my favorite of all rice puddings

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cooked long grain rice ( i use delta)
1 1/2 cups cream or split cream and milk 2%
1/4 cup brown sugar ( can use date sugar)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup raisins

How To Make creamy rice pudding

Step 1

combine all 6 ingredients in top of double boiler. I usually double to triple this because everyone really likes it)

Step 2

Cook over simmering water, stir occasionally. when thick pour into serving bowl....... dig in.
