Ingredients For creamy rice pudding

  • 1 1/2 c
    cooked long grain rice ( i use delta)
  • 1 1/2 c
    cream or split cream and milk 2%
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar ( can use date sugar)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1/3 c
    raisins

How To Make creamy rice pudding

  • 1
    combine all 6 ingredients in top of double boiler. I usually double to triple this because everyone really likes it)
  • 2
    Cook over simmering water, stir occasionally. when thick pour into serving bowl....... dig in.
