I love Cranberry Orange muffin's and Cranberry orange cream cheese. So I decided to make bread pudding with a twist. It is so good.

Ingredients
- 1 pound day old french bread. unsliced
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 can 12 oz evaporated milk.
- 2 teaspoons orange extract
- 1 cup sugar.
- 1 cup dried cranberries.
How To Make cranberry orange bread pudding.

Step 1Tear bread into large chunks. about 2 - 3 inch's Butter your baking dish. I used a 2-quart casserole. Alternate bread chunks and cranberries in your casserole.

Step 2Combine sugar, beaten eggs and both milk in blender or whip with a mixer. Add Orange extract. Added some grated orange zest if u like.

Step 3Pour the liquid over the bread and cranberries. Put in the refrigerator overnight. Next day preheat oven to 350F Bake coveered for 1 hour.+-.
