1 lbday old french bread. unsliced
4 largeeggs, beaten
2 cwhole milk
1 can(s)12 oz evaporated milk.
2 tsporange extract
1 cdried cranberries.
How to Make Cranberry Orange Bread Pudding.
- Tear bread into large chunks. about 2 - 3 inch's Butter your baking dish. I used a 2-quart casserole. Alternate bread chunks and cranberries in your casserole.
- Combine sugar, beaten eggs and both milk in blender or whip with a mixer. Add Orange extract. Added some grated orange zest if u like.
- Pour the liquid over the bread and cranberries. Put in the refrigerator overnight. Next day preheat oven to 350F Bake coveered for 1 hour.+-.
