  • 1/2 c
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 4
    beaten eggs
  • 2 c
    fresh cranberries
  • 4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp
    grated orange rind
  • 1/3 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c

How to Make Cranberry Bread Pudding


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    Cream butter, sugar and salt
    Stir in eggs
    Add cream stirring constantly
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients
  3. Fold into 8 greased custard cups or
    a 9 x 9 inch greased casserole dish.
    Set in pan of warm water.
    Bake 1 hour.
  4. Serve hot or cold with or with whipped cream.
    Serves 8
