How to Make Cranberry Bread Pudding
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream butter, sugar and salt
Stir in eggs
Add cream stirring constantly
- Fold in remaining ingredients
- Fold into 8 greased custard cups or
a 9 x 9 inch greased casserole dish.
Set in pan of warm water.
Bake 1 hour.
- Serve hot or cold with or with whipped cream.
