Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 4 - beaten eggs
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 4 cups bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cream
How To Make cranberry bread pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees Cream butter, sugar and salt Stir in eggs Add cream stirring constantly

Step 2Fold in remaining ingredients

Step 3Fold into 8 greased custard cups or a 9 x 9 inch greased casserole dish. Set in pan of warm water. Bake 1 hour.

Step 4Serve hot or cold with or with whipped cream. Serves 8
