Ingredients

  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1/2 c
    white sugar
  • 4
    beaten eggs
  • 2 c
    fresh cranberries
  • 4 c
    bread crumbs
  • 2 tsp
    grated orange rind
  • 1/3 c
    chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/3 c
    cream

How to Make Cranberry Bread Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
    Cream butter, sugar and salt
    Stir in eggs
    Add cream stirring constantly
  2. Fold in remaining ingredients
  3. Fold into 8 greased custard cups or
    a 9 x 9 inch greased casserole dish.
    Set in pan of warm water.
    Bake 1 hour.
  4. Serve hot or cold with or with whipped cream.
    Serves 8
