Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • 2 cans 17-oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups half and half
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

How To Make corn pudding

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar in a small mixing bowl. Add eggs and mix. Stir in corn, half and half and salt. Pour into greased, deep 2-quart baking dish. Bake 40-45 minutes or until pudding is firm.
