Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, room temperature
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 3 large
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 can(s)
    17-oz whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 1/2 c
    half and half
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How to Make Corn Pudding

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar in a small mixing bowl. Add eggs and mix. Stir in corn, half and half and salt. Pour into greased, deep 2-quart baking dish.

    Bake 40-45 minutes or until pudding is firm.
