Ingredients For corn pudding
3 Tbspbutter, room temperature
3 lgeggs, beaten
2 can17-oz whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 chalf and half
How To Make corn pudding
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar in a small mixing bowl. Add eggs and mix. Stir in corn, half and half and salt. Pour into greased, deep 2-quart baking dish. Bake 40-45 minutes or until pudding is firm.
