Ingredients
- FOR THE CRUST :
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- FOR THE FILLING :
- 8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- FOR PUDDING TOPPING :
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 (3.5oz) boxes instant coconut cream pudding
- 1 cup cool whip
- - coconut , maraschino cherries nuts for garnish
How To Make coconut pudding dessert

Step 1Mix the crust ingredients together and press in the bottom of a 9x9" baking dish ; Bake @ 350° for 12-15 minutes ; let cool completely.

Step 2Cream together the cream cheese and the powdered sugar ; Fold in 1/2 cup of the cool whip until well mixed ; Spread over top of the crust. Place in the refrigerator while your making the pudding.

Step 3Add the milk to the pudding and mix according to the PKG. instructions ; spread on top of cream cheese mixture ; Top with the remaining cool whip and refrigerate until serving. Garnish with coconut , cherries and nuts.
