Ingredients
- 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 3/4 cups half and half
- 6 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tablespoon rum (optional)
How To Make coconut flan

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine eggs and sweetened condensed milk and blend well with a whisk. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour egg mixture into a large, greased baking dish (9x13 will work perfectly). Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and allow to cool, then place in the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours. Flavor will improve as it chills.
