coconut bread pudding
To make this recipe one can use left over bread. A few slices here and there, instead of throwing them out, make a delicious dessert/ snack.

Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can coconut milk
- 12 slices white bread
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon, ground
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon sugar
How To Make coconut bread pudding

Step 1turn oven on to 350. mix together the evaporated, condensed and coconut milk. set aside

Step 2crumble all the bread into a large bowl. with a large spoon mix in the milk mixture. Mix well until all the bread is soaked. if need be, add regular whole milk until the bread is soaking. let sit for a few mins.

Step 3add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. spray non-stick spray on a 9x9 baking dish.

Step 4pour the bread mixture, be careful not to over fill the baking dish. bake at 350 for 50 mins. or until the top turn a beautiful brown color.

Step 5remove from over, let rest for 25-30 mins. For easy snacking, the pudding can be cut into little cubes right from the pan. Serve coconut pudding cubes. Enjoy!
