Blue Ribbon Recipe
Bread pudding is a favorite of mine and adding cranberries adds great flavor to this dessert. I think next time I may try adding some pecans in this recipe. Yum-my!

1 1/2 cwhole cranberry sauce

6 cbread,diced

3eggs
-
2 cmilk
-
1/2 csugar
-
1/2 craisins

1 tspcinnamon
How to Make Classic Cranberry Bread Pudding
- Combine cranberry sauce, bread and raisin in a bowl.
Add the well beaten eggs,sugar, milk and cinnamon.
Mix gently. - Pour into a well greased 2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350' for about 45 minutes ( until puffed and firm )
Serve warm with cream or whip cream.
