Bread pudding is a favorite of mine and adding cranberries adds great flavor to this dessert. I think next time I may try adding some pecans in this recipe. Yum-my!

- 1 1/2 cups whole cranberry sauce
- 6 cups bread,diced
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make classic cranberry bread pudding

Step 1Combine cranberry sauce, bread and raisin in a bowl. Add the well beaten eggs,sugar, milk and cinnamon. Mix gently.

Step 2Pour into a well greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350' for about 45 minutes ( until puffed and firm ) Serve warm with cream or whip cream. Enjoy !
