saw a recipe like this yrs ago on food network....have wanted to try it for yrs.... finally did...oh so good and easy

Ingredients
- 1 package dozen bakery bought cinnoman rolls,day old
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 large eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine ,melted
How To Make cinnamon roll pudding to die for

Step 1start day before....cut all cinnamon rolls into bite size pieces set aside butter[yes use butter to grease 9x13 glass baking dish[u want the butter flavor]mix salt,cinnamon,brown sugar and raisins together.... add to cinnamon rolls toss to coat well pour into buttered baking dish set aside

Step 2mix eggs and milk[can toss a teaspoon of cinnamon in milk/eggs for extra taste] slowly mix this into whipping cream add 1/2 the butter to whipped cream

Step 3gently stir whipped cream with cinnamon rolls....[if this does not cover all the cinnamon rools slowly stir in enough milk to cover them cover put in fridge over night remove from fridge as u preheat oven to 375. bake for 35 min remove from oven add other 1/2 butter return to oven bake 35 min move without cover... test with butter knife poked close to center.to come out clean if not bake 10 min move
