Ingredients
- 2 packages vanilla instant pudding
- 12 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 4 cups milk, regular or low fat
- 1 box honey graham crackers
- 1 package premade chocolate frosting
How To Make chocolate eclair dessert

Step 1Mix instant pudding according to directions and set aside. Place whole graham crackers in single layer over bottom of 9 x 12 pan, breaking some to cover bottom as completely as possible. Fold whipped topping into pudding; pour half of mixture over grahams. Top with another layer of crackers and repeat with last of the pudding. Top with grahams. Set in refrigerator for approximately 30 minutes before finishing.

Step 2Once pudding is thoroughly set, open frosting and spread a generous portion over top layer of grahams, carefully sealing all sides and top of the dessert. Return to refrigerator and cool for 8 hrs prior to serving. Awesome dessert!!!!
