Someone at work made this and let me taste it I loved it made it for my family and now it is one of our favorites

Ingredients

box 1 box of graham crackers
2 small boxes instant french vanilla pudding mix
1 8oz. - cool whip thawed
1 can chocolate frosting

How To Make chocolate eclair cake

Step 1

In a cake pan put a layer of graham crackers

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl mix pudding mixes with 3 cups of cold milk until thickened then fold in cool whip.
Step 3

Pour half pudding mixture on top of graham crackers then put another layer of graham crackers and repeat ending with graham crackers on top. Then microwave frosting for 20 seconds so it is easy to spread ontop of graham crackers cover and let set over night it is wonderful
