Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk chilled and only the thick top will get used
- 1 tablespoon coconut palm sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 - banana cut into rounds
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts toasted
How To Make chocolate banana pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 425. Line walnuts on a tray. Toast them in the oven for 5-10 minutes being very careful not to burn them and stirring once. Take walnuts out of the oven and let cool.

Step 2Prepare chocolate pudding. Scoop the thicker part of of the coconut milk from the can and into a mixing bowl. Save the liquid for your next smoothie.

Step 3Add the rest of the ingredients and whisk or blend until smooth. Arrange your mix in a tall glass and scoop in a later of chocolate then a few slices of bananas and sprinkle with nuts.

Step 4Keep going until you hit the top of your glass and the last layer will be be the chopped nuts.
