    self rising flour
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/3 c

  • 2 Tbsp
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 1/2 c

How to Make Caramel Dumplings


  1. Rub together flour salt and butter until crumbly
    Add vanilla and milk
  2. SAUCE
    Boil butter, brown sugar, salt and water in large saucepan
  3. Drop spoonfuls of batter into boiling sauce and cook with a lid on for 15-20 minutes.
