A recipe I have used so much it's almost unreadable. Lived in Glacier Park,Montana late 50's so I got it from a great cook there.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • SIFT TOGETHER:
  • ADD:1 1/2 CUPS CHOPPED APPLES, 1/2 CUP NUTS AND 1/2 CUP MILK AND BLEND WITH FLOUR MIXTURE
  • SPREAD INTO 1 1/2 QT CASSEROLE DISH
  • COMBINE:
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • STIR UNTIL BUTTER IS MELTED, POUR OVER BATTER

How To Make caramel apple pudding

  • Step 1
    Bake in med oven, @375 for 45 to 50 minutes till golden
  • Step 2
    Serve warm with whipped cream,whipped topping or ice cream
