Ingredients

  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 large boxes sugar free instant vanilla pudding (the family sized boxes)
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 large can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 can (8 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 bunch thompson seedless grapes
  • 4 - bananas, sliced
  • 32 - crumbled fudge stripe cookies

How To Make bunyan's diabetic cookie salad

  • Step 1
    Mix pudding with buttermilk
  • Step 2
    Gently fold in the whipped cream, pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, & bananas
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate overnight
  • Step 4
    Place cookies in a gallon sized zip top baggie, squeeze out most of the air
  • Step 5
    Roll bag with a rolling pin to crumble the cookies
  • Step 6
    Just before serving gently fold in the crumbled cookies
  • Step 7
    Serve immediately
