buttermilk

boxes sugar free instant vanilla pudding (the family sized boxes)
1 c
heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
1 large
can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can(s)
(8 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
1 bunch
thompson seedless grapes

bananas, sliced

How to Make Bunyan's Diabetic Cookie Salad

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix pudding with buttermilk
  • 2Gently fold in the whipped cream, pineapple, mandarin oranges, grapes, & bananas
  • 3Refrigerate overnight
  • 4Place cookies in a gallon sized zip top baggie, squeeze out most of the air
  • 5Roll bag with a rolling pin to crumble the cookies
  • 6Just before serving gently fold in the crumbled cookies
  • 7Serve immediately
