Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, lightly packed
- 3 - eggs
- 1 cup apple sauce
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 - salt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup toasted peacans
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- PUDDING
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 14 ounces condensed milk
- 1 can plain milk(use can condensed milk came out of}
- 4 - beaten eggs
- 8 ounces philadelpha brown sugar& cinnamon cream cheese
- 2 boxes 3.4oz cheesecake jello pudding mix
How To Make brown sugar pound cake bread pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray a bundt pan.

Step 2In a large bowl add sugar, eggs, apple sauce and mix on low speed.

Step 3In a medium bowl add the flour, baking soda, salt and mix to combine.

Step 4Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Add the milk mix till combined. Stir in the peanut butter chips.

Step 5Pour in bundt pan and bake for one hour or until done.

Step 6While cake is baking in a skillet lightly sprayed toast the pecans 5 minutes.

Step 7Let cake cool. Cut cake into thick cubes.

Step 8Spray a 4 inch deep square pan.

Step 9Put half of cake in pan packed close together. Add half of pecans and half of chocolate chips.

Step 10Add the rest of the cake, topping with remainder chips and pecans.

Step 11In a heavy sauce pan add all three of the milks. Add 4 beaten eggs.

Step 12Add the cream cheese and cook on medium low until cheese is melted,

Step 13Add the pudding mix, Whisk until slightly thicken.

Step 14Pour over cake. Set for five minutes. Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes or until set.
