Ingredients
- 1 - loaf of cinnamon raisin bread
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 9 - eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups half and half
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
How To Make bread pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Crumble bread into 9x13 greased pan.

Step 3Wisk 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.

Step 4Heat milk and half and half in microwave for 4 minutes. Pour into the above mixture and wisk. Pour over bread and let set for 15 minutes.

Step 5Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove from oven.

Step 6Bring the topping ingredients to a boil stirring constantly until thick (approximately 7 minutes. Pour over bread pudding.
