Bread Pudding For 2
1 to 2 slicefrench bread thick slices
4 Tbspgolden raisins or dried blueberries
2/3 cnonfat milk
3 Tbspbrown sugar
1/2 tspvanilla extract
1 Tbspbutter, melted
How to Make Bread Pudding For 2
- Spray 2-6 7 oz ramekins with nonstick cooking spray preheat oven to 350. Cube bread and measure out 1 cup of cubes place cubes in the prepared ramekins and divide the raisins or blueberries between the 2.
- In a small dish beat together milk, egg and stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla mixing well. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread cubes and drizzle with melted butter.
- Place on a cookie sheet just in case it cooks over and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
