Ingredients
- 1 to 2 slices french bread thick slices
- 4 tablespoons golden raisins or dried blueberries
- 1 - egg
- 2/3 cup nonfat milk
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash salt
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Step 1Spray 2-6 7 oz ramekins with nonstick cooking spray preheat oven to 350. Cube bread and measure out 1 cup of cubes place cubes in the prepared ramekins and divide the raisins or blueberries between the 2.

Step 2In a small dish beat together milk, egg and stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla mixing well. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread cubes and drizzle with melted butter.

Step 3Place on a cookie sheet just in case it cooks over and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve warm.
