Bread Pudding (Budin de Pan)
Ingredients

·5 large slices wheat bread

·4 eggs, beaten

·4 cups milk

·3/4 cup sugar

·1/2 tsp. each: cinnamon, vanilla

·1/4 cup each raisins, walnuts
How to Make Bread Pudding (Budin de Pan)
- Preheat oven to 350. Cut bread into bite size pieces and put at bottom of baking dish.
- Mix together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Pour over bread. Sprinkle on raisins and lightly crushed walnuts. Bake 30 minutes til pudding sets. A topping of ice cream, whipped cream, fruit or warm milk goes well on this pudding.
