Bread Pudding recipe that I tried this month (7/2010) I serve it for breakfast.

  • 4 slice
    buttered bread (each slice cut in 4 pieces)

    (cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, optional)

How to Make Bread Pudding


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Butter four slices of bread and cut each slice into four pieces. Place bread in an 8x8 pan. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk in a bowl; pour mixture over bread in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar or brown sugar if desired. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
