Bread Pudding recipe that I tried this month (7/2010) I serve it for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices buttered bread (each slice cut in 4 pieces)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • - (cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, optional)

How To Make bread pudding

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Butter four slices of bread and cut each slice into four pieces. Place bread in an 8x8 pan. Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla and milk in a bowl; pour mixture over bread in pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg, sugar or brown sugar if desired. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
