a recipe I got from my mom. It doesn't have an actual recipe, we make it from memory and add some more ingredients along. And we currently don't have a regular oven, but the toaster oven worked fine. I feed my siblings with this and I hope you like it too!! :)

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 or 3 cans full cream milk (i use alpine)
  • 1 or 2 cans condensed milk
  • 1 can all purpose cream (i use nestle)
  • 2 sticks softened butter (i used anchor)
  • 2 - loaves of bread
  • 1 - egg

How To Make bread pudding

  • Step 1
the first thing I do is shred the 2 loaves of bread with my hands (sometimes I use pandesal, but mostly just sliced bread) in a bowl
  • Step 2
in a another bowl I beat the butter, full cream milk, condensed milk, egg and cream together. And if it's not sweet enough I just add some sugar or more condensed milk. sometimes I add a tsp of vanilla extract if I have stock, some flour and powdered milk. I don't actually have a recipe of this, I keep adjusting every time I make this. But the ingredients I gave are standard.
  • Step 3
Mix it all together. My mom usually pours the batter to the shredded bread, while I do the opposite. You can do either way.
  • Step 4
Because we don't have a regular oven for baking, I use a toaster oven. I don't time it.. Pour it in a pan and bake it, I wait until it's golden brown
  • Step 5
when it's golden brown, remove it, let it cool and eat!
