well i love bread pudding but i have not tried this one until today i had friends over and we ate it all

Ingredients

1 - loaf raisin bread
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 medium eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
11/4 cups evaporated milk
1 small jar apple sauce
1/2 cup sugar

How To Make bread pudding

Step 1

mix all ingredients together, except 1/2 the applesauce. grease casserole dish. put mix in the casserole dish. top with the rest of the applesauce and sprinkle with cinnamon. place in 350 preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
