Ingredients
- 6 slices bread
- 3 - eggs
- 2 cups warm milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup raisins
- - maple syrup
How To Make bread and butter pudding

Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2Butter a deep dish 9 inch pie plate or 9 inch square cake pan.

Step 3Generously butter one side of bread, but in half to make two triangles.

Step 4Arrange triangles, buttered side up, in prepared dish.

Step 5In bowl, beat eggs well mixed.

Step 6Add milk, sugar and vanilla; beat together.

Step 7Stir in raisins.

Step 8Slowly pour over bread making sure all bread is well soaked.

Step 9Bake 45 minutes or until custard has set.

Step 10Serve with warm maple syrup.
