bread and bananas pudding

I like to use up bananas before they go bad, but I am tired of Banana Bread, aren't you?

Ingredients For bread and bananas pudding

  • 6 slice
    bread, french preferred, but white is good, too.
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2
    bananas, sliced
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 2 c
  • 3/4 c
    white granulated sugar

How To Make bread and bananas pudding

    preheat oven to 350
  • 2
    break up bread in 8 inch pan and drizzle the butter over the bread
  • 3
    in bowl mix together egg, milks, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla until well blended and pour over bread. Lightly smash so that the bread is all covered and soaking up egg mixture.

    bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes and then put bananas all over and press down a bit. continue to bake for an additional 20 minutes.
