How to Make Boiled Custard


  1. Beat eggs, salt, sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Add milk and pour in double boiler.
  3. Start on high heat until starting to get thick then reduce to medium heat...stirring constantly or it will scald.
  4. When thick, pour into container and refrigerate several hours until chilled. Serve plain or over ice cream.
