Ingredients
- 1 quart milk
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
How To Make boiled custard

Step 1Beat eggs, salt, sugar and cornstarch.

Step 2Add milk and pour in double boiler.

Step 3Start on high heat until starting to get thick then reduce to medium heat...stirring constantly or it will scald.

Step 4When thick, pour into container and refrigerate several hours until chilled. Serve plain or over ice cream.
