Ingredients

3 c
blueberries
1 c
brown sugar
6 Tbsp
butter
1 c
sugar
2/3 c
softened butter
dash vanilla
2
eggs
2 c
heavy cream
1 1/2 c
flour
2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
salt
2 tsp
grated orange rind
3/4 c
orange juice
6 Tbsp
grand marnier (optional)

How to Make Blueberry American Pudding

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
    Simmer blueberries in brown sugar and 6 tablespoons butter.
  • 2Cream sugar, 2/3 cup butter and vanilla. Add eggs and beat.
    Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into creamed sugar and butter mixture. Add orange rind and juice.
  • 3Place blueberry mixture in bottom of a 3 quart baking dish.
    Pour batter over berries,
    Bake 45 minutes.

    Whip cream and add grand marnier and serve as topping.
    Serves 10-12
