bananas foster pudding
This is absolutely the best banana pudding I've ever had. I made this up pretty much by accident. I didn't have enough sweetened condense milk to make my original recipe and tried the Dulce de Leche out of curiosity, and Wow! It added a whole different level of taste to the recipe.

- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 boxes 3.5 oz instant vanilla pudding
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 can dulce de leche
- 1 box vanilla wafers cookies
- 3 medium bannanas
- 8 ounces heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
How To Make bananas foster pudding

Step 1Make the whippped cream. In mixer add cream, sugar, and vanilla. Whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside in refrigerator.

Step 2In large mixing bowl, add instant pudding, milk, softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and dulce de leche. Mix for 3-4 minutes until smooth. Refrigerate for 5 minutes. Add bannanas.

Step 3In Triffle bowl, layer vanilla wafers, 1/3 pudding mixture, 1/3 whipped cream, repeat 3 times. Top with crumbles vanilla wafers.
