banana toffee cream dessert for two
Due to my SO's job,he goes out of town quite often and sometimes I just don't like to eat alot of leftovers. So, I decided to start looking for recipes for just 1 or 2 servings.Time for chilling is cooking time. And this one was found in the 2003 edition of Taste of Home's " The Best Of Country Cooking ". It was sent in to them by Betty Fergurson of Edmonton, Alberta Canada. I first posted this to RecipeZaar on October 21st.,2009 and decided to post it here on June 1st.2011

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whipping cream, whipped ( orginal called for 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup english toffee bits
- 1 - large banana,sliced
How To Make banana toffee cream dessert for two

Step 1Gently fold sliced banana and toffee bits into whipped cream until well blended.

Step 2Spoon into parfait glasses or dessert dishes,and Cover and refrigerate until ready for serving. ( I recommend at least 2 hours ).
