This recipe is from Taste of Home, but I did have this at a family gathering a few years ago. It's light, refreshing and easy to make. You can also make this a figure friendly dessert by using reduced fat ingredients.

Ingredients
- 2 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 5 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 can (12 oz) cold evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup cold milk
- 2 packages (1 oz ea.) instant vanillia pudding mix
- 2 medium firm bananas, sliced
- 1 can (20 oz.) unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 - container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- 3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 5 - maraschino cherries, quartered

Step 1combine graham cracker crumbs and margarine; press into the bottom of a 13 x 9 dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2In a bowl, whisk the evaporated milk, regular milk, and pudding mixes for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spread pudding evenly over crust. Layer with bananas, pineapple and whipped topping. Sprinkle with nuts; drizzle with chocolate syrup. Top with the cherries. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting.
