How to Make Banana Pudding with Meringue
- 1Preheat oven 350.
- 2Line 9x13 baking pan with wafer cookies along bottom and sides. Layer bananas on top. Evenly add pudding on top of the bananas.
- 3Whip egg whites until stiff; add sugar and whip some more. Place meringue on top of the pudding layer. Bake 10-15 minutes, until meringue is golden brown.
