Ingredients

  • - vanilla wafers cookies
  • 6 - bananas, sliced
  • 2 packages vanilla instant pudding, prepare according to directions
  • 8 - egg whites
  • 1/2 cup sugar

How To Make banana pudding with meringue

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven 350.
  • Step 2
    Line 9x13 baking pan with wafer cookies along bottom and sides. Layer bananas on top. Evenly add pudding on top of the bananas.
  • Step 3
    Whip egg whites until stiff; add sugar and whip some more. Place meringue on top of the pudding layer. Bake 10-15 minutes, until meringue is golden brown.
