i had some bananas that needed to go quick so i got the idea to make a banana cake then it turned into a creation that i got an idea for a trifle..

Ingredients For banana pudding trifle

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 3 lg
  • 1/3 c
  • 4 to 6
    bananas (smashed)
  • 1
    3.4 oz box of vanilla pudding
  • 2 1/2 c
    milk, 2%
  • 4 oz
    cool whip

How To Make banana pudding trifle

    bread/cake recipe preheat ove n to 350 degrees, then grease a 9x13 pan then in a lrg. bowl mix cake mix, 3 eggs, oil, and bananas and mix well pour into pan and bake until toothpick or knoife inserted comes out clean like 30 minutes to an hour. take out of oven and let cool before cutting into squares like 2x2 size .

    pudding recipe mix your pudding and milk in a large bowl let it thicken the add your 4 oz of cool whip to your pudding mixture and fold it in or you will loose all the air out of the cool whip.

    in a trifle bowl or punch bowl, break half of your bread cubes in the bowl then another sliced banana on top of that then add 1/2 of your pudding mixture on top of that then you add some more cool whip on top of that like 4 oz. or so then you add the other half of your bread cubes on top of that then add another banana sliced up the add the other half of your pudding mixture then add another 4 to 8 oz of cool whip on top of that . i sprinkled coconut and pecans on top of mine for looks and to add more flavor.
